Since 1989 we rent and manage vacation homes in Bad Reichenhall and Bayerisch Gmain on behalf and on account of their respective owners. In this regard we take into account the interests of the owners as well as those of the guests and long-term tenants.

In 2014 we celebrated our 25th anniversary.

 

Rental inventory

 

Our rental inventory consists of approx. 100 apartments in different locations, of different sizes, furnishings and prices. Most apartments are furnished and equipped to the taste of their respective owner. It is important to us that the property owners comply to certain minimum standards. Due to the individuality of the different apartments, a variety of styles are represented and we are convinced that there is something that suits your taste.

We constantly endeavor to keep the apartments' furnishing and equipment on the level that is expected by our guests and tenants. In the case that there should be reasons for complaint, we kindly ask you to let us know as soon as possible so that we will be able to remedy the problem as fast as we can.
