Type C / 3-Room Apartments

The type C apartments are 3-room apartments with one master bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom that is either furnished with a bunk bed or two aligned single beds, which are all suitable for grown-ups. Most of the living rooms contain convertible sofas.

The floor space varies between 58 m² and 66 m².

The apartments have separate kitchens equipped with kitchenettes. All apartments have private bathrooms with either a bathtub or shower.

The apartment on the first floor has no balcony, those on the second floor have garden terraces and the apartments on the third floor have loggias, i.e. roofed balconies. On the floorplans, balconies are shown for all units.
