For each additional person € 10 per night are charged. No charge for children up to the age of 4.

Daily rates plus visitor's tax. Underground parking is € 6 per night, if requested. Prices include electricity, water, heating (year-round), VAT, satellite TV. Depending on the size of the apartment, there is an extra charge of € 55 (Type A), € 65 (Type B), € 75 (Type C) for cleaning and providing bed linen and towels.

All inclusive rents for stays lasting three months and longer.

The approx. 26 m² studio apartment is located on the first floor facing south. The tastefully and comfortably furnished apartment accommodates 2 persons. The window offers a magnificent view on the Predigtstuhl.

The combined living- and bedroom is skillfully separated by an decorative room divider. The sleeping area is in the front and consists of a double bed with sprung mattresses and slatted frames and a closet. The living area in the back is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table and a dinner table with two chairs. The room is laid out with a carpet. The TV is mounted on a drawer with a rotating table, making it possible to watch from the living area as well as from the bed.

The kitchenette is equipped with an electric stove, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and all conventional cooking utensils.

Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided.

 

In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.

Contrary to the schematic illustration of the floor plan, this apartment does not have a balcony! The window offers a great view on the Predigtstuhl, the Saalachtal and the Reiter Alm.
