The approx. 29 m² studio apartment is located on the second floor and has an east-facing loggia that offers a magnificent view on the city of Bad Reichenhall and the Predigtstuhl. The very tastefully and comfortably furnished apartment accommodates 2 persons.

The combined living- and bedroom is furnished with a wall system that accommodates two easy-to-handle folding beds with sprung mattresses and adjustable slatted frames and a closet. The living area consists of a seating group with dinner table and is equipped with a TV, hifi system and a VCR. The apartment has allergy-friendly tile flooring.

The kitchenette is integrated in the hallway and equipped with an electric stove, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and all conventional cooking utensils.

Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided.

In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the roofed balcony. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.
