The approx. 29 m² studio apartment is located on the second floor and has a south-facing loggia that offers a magnificent view on the city of Bad Reichenhall and the Predigtstuhl. The tastefully and comfortably furnished apartment accommodates 2 persons.

The combined living- and bedroom is furnished with a double fould out bed. The living area consists of a seating group with dinner table. The apartment has laminat flooring. The kitchenette is integrated in the hallway and equipped with an electric stove, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and all conventional cooking utensils.

Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided.

In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is the roofed balcony. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.
