Daily rates plus visitor's tax. Underground parking is € 6 per night, if requested. Prices include electricity, water, heating (year-round), VAT, satellite TV, Depending on the size of the apartment, there is an extra charge of € 55 (Type A), € 65 (Type B), € 75 (Type C) for cleaning and providing bed linen and towels.

All inclusive rents for stays lasting three months and longer.

The approx. 29 m² studio apartment is located on the third floor and has an east-facing loggia. The tastefully and comfortably furnished apartment accommodates 2 persons.

The combined living- and bedroom is furnished with two comfortable sofa beds that can easily be converted into beds. The living area consists of a seating group with dinner table. The apartment has allergy-friendly laminate flooring. The kitchenette is integrated in the hallway and equipped with an electric stove, coffee maker, toaster and all conventional cooking utensils. A landline telephone is installed.

Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided.

 

In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the roofed balcony. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.

 

The east-facing loggia offers a magnificent view on the park-like surroundings and partly on the Staufen.

The apartment was awarded * * * (three stars) according to the classification guidelines of the German Tourism Association.
