The approx. 29 m² studio apartment is located on the third floor and has an east-facing loggia. The tastefully and comfortably furnished apartment accommodates 2 persons.

The combined living- and bedroom is furnished with a sofa that can be easily converted into a double bed, a wall unit that contains one easy-to-handle folding bed large 140 cm x 200  cm with sprung mattress and adjustable slatted frames. The living area consists of a seating group with dinner table. The apartment has allergy-friendly hardwood flooring. The modern kitchenette is integrated in the hallway and equipped with an electric stove, coffee maker, watercooker, microwave, toaster and all conventional cooking utensils.

Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided.

In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the roofed balcony with closed balcony door. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.

The balcony offers a magnificent view on the Predigtstuhl, the Saalachtal and the Loferer Steinberge.
