The approx. 29 m² studio apartment is located on the fourth floor and has an west-facing balcony. The exquisitely and comfortably furnished apartment accommodates 2 persons.

The combined living- and bedroom is furnished with a wall system that accommodates two easy-to-handle folding beds with sprung mattresses and adjustable slatted frames and a closet. The living area consists of a seating group with dinner table. The apartment has a carpet floor. The kitchenette is integrated in the hallway and equipped with an electric stove, electric cooker , coffee maker, toaster and all conventional cooking utensils.

Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided.

Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the roof-deck. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.

The roof-deck offers a magnificent view on the city of Bad Reichenhall and the Predigtstuhl.
