The approx. 25 m² studio apartment is located on the fourth floor and has an east-facing roof-deck. The exquisitely and comfortably furnished apartment accommodates 2 persons.

The combined living- and bedroom is furnished with a wall system that accommodates two easy-to-handle folding beds with sprung mattresses and adjustable slatted frames and a closet. The living area consists of a seating group with dinner table. The apartment has allergy-friendly designer vinyl flooring. The kitchenette is integrated in the hallway and equipped with an electric stove, oven grill, coffee maker, toaster and all conventional cooking utensils.

Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided.

In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the roof-deck. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.

The roof-deck offers a magnificent view on the city of Bad Reichenhall and the Predigtstuhl.

The apartment was awarded * * * (three stars) according to the classification guidelines of the German Tourism Association.
