The approx. 25 m² studio apartment is located on the fourth floor and has a south-facing roof-deck. The tastefully and comfortably furnished apartment accommodates 1 person.

The combined living- and bedroom is furnished with a wall system that accommodates two easy-to-handle folding beds with sprung mattresses and adjustable slatted frames and a closet. The living area consists of a seating group with dinner table. The apartment has carpet flooring. The kitchenette is integrated in the hallway and equipped with an electric stove, coffee maker, toaster and all conventional cooking utensils. A landline telephone is installed.

Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided.

Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the roof-deck. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.

The roof-deck offers a magnificent view on the Predigtstuhl and the Saalachtal.
