The apartment with approx. 39 m² is located on the first floor facing south. A wall unit separates the living area from the sleeping area. The modern apartment has allergy-friendly hardwood flooring, is very tastefully and comfortably furnished and accommodates 2 persons.

The living area consists of an upholstered suite, a wall unit and a dinner table with four chairs. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with sprung mattresses and slatted frames, bedside tables, a closet and a desk.

The separate kitchen area is equipped with a kitchenette with an electric stove, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and all conventional cooking utensils.

Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided.

In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.

The window offers a magnificent view on the Predigtstuhl.

The apartment was awarded * * * (three stars) according to the classification guidelines of the German Tourism Association.

Contrary to the schematic illustration of the floor plan, this apartment does not have a balcony.
