The apartment with approx. 42 m² is located on the second floor and has a south-facing balcony. It is very tastefully and comfortably furnished and accommodates 2 persons.

The combined living- and sleeping area has carpet flooring. The living area consists of a modern upholstered suite, a stylish cabinet and a dinner table with three chairs. The slightly secluded sleeping area is furnished with a double bed with sprung mattresses and slatted frames and a closet. For lack of space, the double bed stands in a corner, making it slightly harder for the second person to get in. The separate kitchen area is equipped with a kitchenette with an electric stove, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and all conventional cooking utensils.

Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided.

In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the balcony. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.

The balcony offers a magnificent view on the Predigtstuhl and in the Saalach valley.
