The approx. 37 m² apartment is located on the fourth floor and has a south-facing roof-deck. The tastefully and comfortably furnished apartment accommodates 2 to 4 persons.

There is a combined living- and bedroom.  In the wardorbe there are two separate fold out beds. The living area is furnished with an upholstered suite and a coffee table and two armchairs. The dining area consists of a dinner table and three chairs.  The separate kitchen area is equipped with a kitchenette with electric stove, coffee maker, toaster and all conventional cooking utensils. The floor is made in massive wood.

Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided.

In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the roof-deck. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.

The south-facing roof-deck offers a magnificent view on the Predigtstuhl and the Saalachtal.
