The apartment with approx. 42 m² is located on the third floor and has a north-facing balcony. A wall unit separates the living area from the sleeping area. Living- and sleeping areas have hardwood flooring. The modern apartment is very tastefully and comfortably furnished and accommodates 2 to 4 persons.

The living area consists of an upholstered suite, a wall unit and a dinner table with corner bench and two chairs. The slightly secluded sleeping area is furnished with a double bed with sprung mattresses and slatted frames and a spacious closet. The separate kitchen area is equipped with a kitchenette with an electric stove, coffee maker, microwave, toaster and all conventional cooking utensils.

Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided.

In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the balcony. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.

The balcony offers a magnificent view on the park-like surroundings and partly on the Staufen.
