For each additional person € 10 per night are charged. For children aged 5 to 16, € 5 per night are charged. No charge for children up to the age of 4.

Daily rates plus visitor's tax. Underground parking is € 6 per night, if requested. Prices include electricity, water, heating (year-round), VAT, satellite TV. Depending on the size of the apartment, there is an extra charge of € 55 (Type A), € 65 (Type B), € 75 (Type C) for cleaning and providing bed linen and towels plus € 5,-- each more person.

All inclusive rents for stays lasting three months and longer.

The apartment with approx. 42 m² is located on the fourth floor and has a north-facing balcony that offers a magnificent view on the park-like surroundings and partly on the Staufen. The modern apartment is very tastefully and comfortably furnished and accommodates 2 to 3 persons.

The living- and sleeping area is separated by a wall unit and has allergy-friendly laminate flooring. The living area consists of an upholstered suite, a coffee table and two armchairs. The dining area consists of a dinner table, a corner bench and two chairs. The sofa can be converted into a bed, if needed. The sleeping area is furnished with a double bed with sprung mattresses and slatted frames, bedside tables and a closet. The separate kitchen area is equipped with a kitchenette with an electric stove, coffee maker, toaster and all conventional cooking utensils.

Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided.

In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the balcony. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.

The balcony offers a magnificent view on the park-like surroundings and partly on the Staufen. Guest can also use the south-facing patio that is located diagonally opposite the apartment.
