The 3-room apartment with approx. 65 m² is located on the first floor facing south. The living room is furnished with an upholstered suite and a wall unit. The apartment has carpet flooring, is comfortably furnished and accommodates 2 to 4 persons.

The dining area with a cozy dinette is located in the entrance area. The window offers a beautiful view on the Predigtstuhl. The living room is furnished with an upholstered suite with coffee table and a wall unit. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with sprung mattresses and adjustable slatted frames, bedside tables, a closet and a desk. The second bedroom is furnished with two aligned single beds, a closet and a desk. The separate kitchen area is equipped with a kitchenette with an electric stove, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle and all conventional cooking utensils.

Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided.

Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.

Guests can use the roof-deck on the fourth floor that offers a magnificent view on the Predigtstuhl and the Saalachtal.
