The 3-room apartment with approx. 57 m² is located on the third floor and has a south-facing balcony that offers a magnificent view on the Predigtstuhl and the Saalachtal. The living room is furnished with an upholstered suite, a wall unit and a dining area. All rooms have allergy-friendly designer vinyl flooring. The apartment is tastefully and comfortably furnished and accommodates 2 to 4 persons.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed with sprung mattresses and slatted frames, bedside tables, a closet and a desk. The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed that is also suitable for grown-ups. The separate kitchen area is equipped with a kitchenette with an electric stove, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, kettle and all conventional cooking utensils.

Towels, kitchen towels and bed linen are provided.

In consideration of our guests, smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. The exception is smoking on the patio. Pets are only allowed after prior consultation with us.

Guests can also use the roof-deck on the fourth floor that offers a magnificent view on the Predigtstuhl and the Saalachtal.
